1. 服务说明1. What the Service is

持仓雷达将公开市场事件映射到你录入的美股持仓，并生成分析、市场隐含概率与可证伪裁决记录。服务为信息与分析工具，全程只读，绝不代表你执行交易或触碰资金。Position Radar maps public market events to the US-stock holdings you enter and produces analytical commentary, market-implied probabilities, and falsifiable adjudication records. It is an information and analysis tool — read-only, and it never executes trades or touches funds.

服务提供的所有内容均不构成投资、财务、法律或税务建议，也不构成任何证券的要约、招揽或推荐。命中率、概率与标准仅为信息展示，过往表现不代表未来结果。投资有风险，所有决策由你自负其责。决策前请咨询持牌专业人士。Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation regarding any security. Hit-rates, probabilities, and criteria are informational; past performance does not indicate future results. Investing involves risk; decisions are yours alone. Consult a licensed professional before investing.

你须年满 18 周岁，对账户活动与登录凭证负责，并保证信息真实。你不得滥用服务（未经授权抓取、攻击、规避限流、侵权或违法）。You must be 18+, are responsible for account activity and credentials, and represent your information is accurate. You may not misuse the Service (unauthorized scraping, attacks, circumventing rate-limits, infringement, or unlawful use).

5. 订阅与付费5. Subscriptions & payments

部分功能可能需付费订阅，由 Stripe 处理。价格、计费周期与退款政策在购买时披露；除法律要求外，已产生费用一般不退。Some features may require a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, and refunds are disclosed at purchase; except where required by law, fees incurred are generally non-refundable.

行情、新闻与日历来自第三方，可能延迟、错误或中断，我们不作准确性或及时性保证。服务及其内容（不含你的持仓与第三方数据）归我们所有；你保留所录入数据的权利，并授予我们运行服务所需的有限许可。Market, news, and calendar data come from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted; we make no warranty as to accuracy or timeliness. The Service and its content (excluding your holdings and third-party data) are ours; you retain rights to data you enter and grant us a limited license to operate the Service.

你可随时停止使用并删除账户；若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止访问。我们可能更新本条款并在此注明日期，变更后继续使用即视为接受。疑问请联系 support@positionradar.io。You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate access for violations.
