本政策说明持仓雷达（“我们”）在你使用 positionradar.io 与 app.positionradar.io（“服务”）时如何收集、使用与保护你的信息。使用服务即表示你同意本政策。This policy explains how Position Radar ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use positionradar.io and app.positionradar.io (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

我们收集的信息Information we collect

• 账户信息：你的电子邮箱；若使用 Google 登录，则包含 Google 提供的邮箱、姓名与头像基本资料。Account: your email; if you sign in with Google, the basic email, name, and profile Google provides.
• 持仓数据：你录入或导入的股票/ETF 代码、可选的成本价与股数，仅用于个性化分析，全程只读。Holdings: the tickers you enter or import, plus optional cost basis and shares — used only to personalize analysis, read-only.
• 使用与设备信息：基本日志（IP、浏览器、时间）用于安全与限流；本地存储用于保存登录、语言与主题偏好。Usage & device: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and rate-limiting; localStorage for session, language, theme.
• 推送订阅：若你开启通知，浏览器提供的推送端点信息。Push: the browser-provided push endpoint, if you enable notifications.

我们如何使用信息How we use information

• 提供核心服务：将事件映射到你的持仓并生成分析与裁决记录。To map events to your holdings and produce analysis and adjudication records.
• 在你开启时发送事件推送。To send event notifications when you opt in.
• 维护安全、防止滥用、改进产品。To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

第三方服务Third-party services

我们不出售你的个人信息。为运行服务，我们使用以下处理方并仅提供必要数据：We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Service we use these processors and share only what is necessary:

• Cloudflare（托管、数据库、网络）；Google（可选登录）；Resend（登录邮件）；Cloudflare (hosting, database, edge); Google (optional sign-in); Resend (login emails);
• Anthropic（对事件生成分析文本）；Finnhub、Perplexity、Yahoo Finance（行情、日历与新闻）；Stripe（如订阅付费，用于支付，不存储完整卡号）。Anthropic (analytical text from events); Finnhub, Perplexity, Yahoo Finance (market data, calendars, news); Stripe (payments if you subscribe; we don't store full card numbers).

数据留存Data retention

我们在你使用期间保留账户与持仓数据。删除账户后将在合理期限内删除或匿名化你的个人数据，但为满足法律、安全或审计要求可能保留最少记录。We retain account and holdings data while your account is active. After deletion we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except minimal records required for legal, security, or audit purposes.

你的权利Your rights

你可访问、更正或删除你的持仓与账户数据，或撤回推送授权。请联系 support@positionradar.io。You may access, correct, or delete your holdings and account data, or withdraw push permission. Contact support@positionradar.io.

安全 / 未成年人 / 变更Security / Children / Changes

我们采用 HTTPS、令牌化登录与最小权限保护数据，但没有系统能保证绝对安全。服务面向成年人，不面向未满 18 周岁者。我们可能更新本政策并在此注明最新日期。We use HTTPS, tokenized auth, and least-privilege access, but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is for adults, not anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
